Camping at the Lake There is ample room to camp under a tent or swag for a few nights at the lake. A lot of clients prefer this option as when visiting the lake they prefer to concentrate on fishing, particularly at night. The sound of the various species hitting surface bugs and other items is overpowering at times. More than once clients have been awoken by the noise of the feeding fish and simply can’t help but go out for a fish (even if it is 2 o’clock in the morning). There is a shed which contains Accommodation at the Lake Whilst there is no fixed accommodation at the lake currently, a purpose built Caravan and solid Annex has been purchased and shall be installed at Timber Lake for the use of clients and guides. Forrest Caravan Park The Forrest Caravan Park can provide several forms of accommodation including Cabins and Caravans. Please contact the Forrest Caravan Park management for more information. If you wish we can handle all accommodation arrangements (as per your requirement) and include it in a single guided tour quotation. Tee Tree Cottages and other local Accommodation There are several options for 3 and 4 star accommodations in and around Forrest. One of these is Tee Tree cottages. Clearwater Tours have used these cottages in the past and have been extremely happy with them. |
